We demonstrate an individual single-walled carbon nanotube light emitter integrated onto a microcavity and waveguide operating in the telecom wavelength regime. Light emission from is enhanced at cavity resonance efficiently extracted facet. have transferred nanotubes to nanobeam with dry process, ensuring that used. The guided chirality-identified single has narrow linewidth of less than 1.3 nm off-resonance rejection $\sim$17 dB. waveguide-coupled device configuration compatible fully on-chip designs promising for carbon-nanotube-based photonics.
